Things to do while in Japan
- Buy the Codename wa Sailor V manga. Check: old ed vol 2
- Fill my nokyo-cho with temple and shrine stamps
- Find some geisha and/or maiko and take photos like a crazy gaijin
- Go to an onsen!
- obtain a hanko
- obtain a noren
- Obtain charms for my bracelet for each city I visit in Japan. Check: Kamakura, Yokohama, Tokyo (and Harajuku), Kyoto, Nara
- See Mt. Fuji--in person
- Visit the Children's Peace memorial in Hiroshima
- Visit the Studio Ghibli museum in Tokyo

Regarding Sources:
While my observations and thoughts are clearly my own, the historical or informational tidbits included in my blog entries I've gleaned from the Lonely Planet Japan Guide (9th ed), various information boards, and pamphlets given out by shrines, temples, etc. My official Source Page is currently under construction...first I have to organize all my pamphlets and fliers. o_o Scary.
